How do telemedicine appointments work?

Please keep in mind that you must be within the State of Tennessee for all telemedicine appointments, as required by law.

Tips to make you feel more comfortable with telemedicine:

Make sure that you are in a safe, secure, and private location so you feel comfortable sharing information with your provider. We want your full attention with little to no distractions. If you are in a vehicle, make sure it is parked for the visit and that no one else can listen. If you want a family member to add their perspective or other information, it is okay to have them participate on your video call.
