  • I’ve been going to Novo for years and I always appreciate how efficient my appointments are. I LOVE the remote appointments, they’re quick (unless I’m needing more time then they’re as long as I need) but I never feel rushed and I always feel like I’m being listened to. I’ve also never had any issues getting my prescriptions filled like I have at other places. Joy-Liz has been great to work with!

  • I have been seeing Dr. Windle for roughly 10 years, I think, give or take at least.. One of the first things that stuck with me and I will never forget is that he actually knew my name. I don´t go by my first name like the rest of the world, my parents decided to make my middle name my name. I didn't feel like just another person who was going by protocol. He took the time to explain to me. how the brain stores memories and how to change the way I thought and processed my trauma. He also goes by the person and what works for them, not a book that gives new guidelines for, in my case PTSD. Everyone is different and some medications work for some and not for others and vice versa. I have never, not even my pcp called me by my name and he´s been my primary for about as long as Dr Windle and he said the very first visit. Bless his office staff too!!! They have dealt with me and I´m an animated, emotional, handful. They are amazing! If they can handle me, I can be a spit fire, they are AWESOME!!!! I hope I don't have to change Dr.´s any time soon.

  • My son see's Joy at this practice and she is wonderful. She is caring and attentive to my son's special needs, (autism), and spends time talking and communicating with him directly when most providers doesn't they just skip him and talk to me and I love that she gives him a "voice" in his care and it has even opened my mind to understanding that he can tell me more than I realized about his feelings. We are both grieving and she has given us ideas that even though he is her patient, it can help us as a family. We have only seen her twice now and I wish she was also a therapist because we would see her for that too! I have said a lot but I just wanted anyone to know if you are thinking about making this your choice for psychiatry, I think it's a great one. I don't know the other providers but hands down try Joy!

I could not have wished for a more supportive and attentive group of people to help me become the best version of myself in this journey we call life.

  • I was referred to Novo by Vanderbilt. I've been working with them just over a year, and my expectations have been exceeded in every way. I can't heap enough praise and gratitude on the Doctors and staff here! They absolutely live up to their core principle of working until you are "All the way well". It took some work, but Dr. Morgan had some great "outside of the box" ideas that we were spot-on. He's also listened to my ideas on treatment, and actively collaborated with me during titration. We finally got it right, and my life has improved dramatically under their care! In conversation I often describe Dr. Morgan as my "Brain Wizard". Good providers are incredibly difficult to find. These guys are one in a million.

  • I have been to a lot of psychiatric providers in my life and this is by far the absolute best!! The whole staff is caring & empathetic. Windle is extremely knowledgeable in this field. He never rushes you and takes the time to listen to your symptoms and works with you to find the best medication. He is genuinely very caring, compassionate and concerned about you. He is not judgmental at all and you can be honest with him about anything. Mandy his RN is the same way. She truly cares about her patients as well and doesn't rush you either. She's also very caring, compassionate and empathetic to what you are going through. And she's very knowledgeable in this field as well. Everybody who works in this office is that way, from the secretary to billing. I highly recommend this office for Psyciatric Medicine Management! I thank God that I found Novo Healthcare!

  • My daughter has been with Novo for almost a year and so far everything has been going great. They communicate with us to make sure everything is up to date and keep us posted when they are close. If I need to talk to them, I either email, text or call and they get back to me as soon as they can. My daughter enjoys Mrs Liz and has made great progress.

  • One of the most caring staff you will ever come in contact with. They will listen to anything you have going on and will help you in anyway they can. They will call you back immediately if you need to talk to someone. I will and I do refer them to anybody that asks. Love the staff so much.

  • Windle Morgan is the most compassionate NP or professional provider for medications I've ever been to. I've recently decided to taper off of one of my medications, and he is very open and helpful to find a plan that is individualized for the ultimate comfort and success for each patient. If you live near the Middle Tennessee area I highly recommend him, especially if you are looking to have a successful taper from any medication.

  • I've gone to this location slightly over a year and love it. I dont deal with the front staff much, they are polite but not "nice" per say, they simply give me my appointment card when I leave. But Windall (and Mandy) have been a godsend! I struggle with meds and they're always there for my issues. Currently pregnant and Windall and my OB are in constant communication. Mandy makes me comfortable (and that's hard to do) I love Novo!!! You guys are awesome!
